If Ertugrul and his descendants were R1a Z93 does that mean they were of Kipchak or Scythian origins

I know it's a heated debate whether R1a Z93 is of Turkic or Indo Iranian origin, and that even Scythians are questionable whether they're Indo European or not but anyways

What do you think. Were they really R1a Z93? I thought oghuzs were Haplogroup Q?

Oghuzes have/had different haplogroups. It is still not claer how presislamic Oghuzes genetics looked like. I just read in a page who claimed they belonged to this haplogroup, but i don’t know how serious this information is. It is possible, why not?
