His supraorbital rims are slanted outwards so much that the shape of his orbits makes his eyes look sad or weak. He probably also has slightly negative canthal tilt, even though it's hard to tell, because the photo is taken at a somewhat low angle, and canthal tilt appears to be lower at a lower angle.

As a kid, I came up with the term "Audi eyes" for eyes where the upper side of the eyes is slanted outwards, because some models of Audi used to have lights where the top side is slanted outwards. I think it produces a sad look:

In contrast, when a car has narrow lights that are slanted inwards, it produces a more fierce or aggressive look.

It's West Baltid if he fits Western countries (Scandinavian in particular) as well. I don't see him passing outside East Slavic countries.

For me he's East Baltid/CM, the jaw is too chiseled for a straight Baltid.
