The Shiite appears to have more Persian influence which is understandable. On the other hand the Sunni has elevated African and Atlantic Med.

@Ahaddad, can you make new Lebanese averages for Dodecad K12b? 10 samples from each community (Sunni, Shia, unspecified Christian) would be enough but you need confirmed unmixed individuals.

The Dodecad Lebanese looks inaccurate to me. Only ca. 11% Gedrosia and ca. 12% Atlantic Med?

Yes because Shia in general has more west Asian admix and less european, Sunni and Christian having more european admix. But in general I think this both person are similar

Ok dear I will just confirm more kits I make this of course, yes it's Very inaccurate because has Lebanse who take 11 to 18 gedrosia, also Christians having more Mediterranean in v3 around 31%
