He needs to get rid of that hairstyle. Especially the one in the last picture.

The fashion industry values androgyny and eccentricity, his girly hairstyle and vibe make him stand out in the crowd. It's the same situation as the Greek-Cypriot model below, you won't see this chick pluck her unibrows either, without them she would be just another generic model with a pretty angular face.
