Pretty impossible to classify a fat, bald over 70 year old dude with a big ass beard.
Looks Alpine with a slavic pull

Too globular and short headed for Paleolithic. Also people had more browridges back then

pretty bad since they look modern without any archaic traits. and as i said his skull is too short- upper paleolithic skulls were longer.
