Roland Bartetzko, nickname in Albanian is 'Shaban' . He fought on the Croatian side in the Bosnian war and later on the Albanian side in the Kosovo war. He's been living in Kosovo since after the war and married to an Albanian woman.
In the early 2000's he was sentenced to 20 years in prison after he planted a bomb in Prishtina targeting a Serbian government office which was described as a furious revenge attack by some after what the Serbs did to civilians in Kosovo. He was released on parole in 2015. He has a quora account where he makes a lot of posts about the war and he wrote a book. In some of his posts on quora he describes the Serbs he fought in the war as cowards that mainly targeted civilians.
