I'm not 100% sure if she's Chuvash, but she had included the Chuvash language as a language she speaks at VKontakte. Her location was also set to a small town in Chuvashia whose population was listed as 98% Chuvash in the 2010 census (http://lingvarium.org/russia/settlem-database.shtml).
