yes that theory was defended by C.S Coon and I know some specialists who were against it because it would imply that khoisans at some point in their history lived far in the North of Africa and still to this day there is no genetic evidence of it

It has more to do with other factors such as the cheekbones, faceshape and even the colouring of her traditional clothes.

It's hard to say from your image, but Bolivians / Peruvian natives are probably quite a bit darker, yes.
