Do you think black Brazilians pass better among aframs than white Brazilians among White Americans (I'm talking about the typical ones, of Anglo-Germanic stock, which doesn't englobe Italian-Americans)?

If you mean real Blacks, probably. However, Brazil has many more Pardos than Blacks, and they wouldn't really pass in most cases at all.

They allowed one of the cringe (or bizarre) moments ever.

I do remember everytime I was going to work I saw a huge panel with them saying "Do like Fat Family, use the xxx Medical Plan". A member died 1 week after someone put this huge panel...
