Just saying that Slobozia , in Romania, is not a Vlach settlement. Others such as Techirghiol are also probably not Vlach settlements, but you'd have to dig a bit to figure out whether Aromanians have been settled there or not, as they have been in a lot of Dobrogea.

Why are so many settlements named after personalities in Dobrogea? Looks very weird and lewd. Imagine saying "I live in Vasile Alecsandri".

Would you prefer "Hungry" , "Shitty", "Smell", "Scream"?

Seems that when we're imaginative, the names get worse  . A Romanian joke is that when someone comes from some God-forsaken village, you say something like "Pulenii din deal". Cocks of the highlands, for our non-Romanian speakers.

1- Southeastern (around Gevgelija) villages are absent in N. Macedonia.
2- Central Balkan Mts. villages are absent in Bulgaria, although I don't know if they still continue to identify Vlach.
3- Muslim Vlachs who settled in Eastern Thrace(from C. Macedonia) are absent.
4- Many villages lie down between Vodina and Kilkis(C. Macedonia) are absent.
5- Eastern Macedonia Vlachs are totally absent(Serres-Drama-Kavala line)

Despite being present in many regions they are not numerous.
