How do you know he is from Balkans? Background doesn't seem to be from some Balkan city, could be wrong though. Can't make out what is written on that sign in the background.

People were saying the city is in Poland.
The comments were guessing him to be south east Balkan woth heavy Turk admixture.
His dress sense probably suggest southeastern europe rather than MENA.
Clearly racially non Euro influenced though
