Black Runa by Edred Thorsson (aka Dr. Stephen Flowers)
It looks like Thorsson's publishing house, Runa-Raven, doesn't even carry this volume any more; nor does Amazon. It's a collection of essays on the darker aspects of Germanic magic and Runelore that Thorsson wrote for his fellow members of the Order of the Trapezoid.
