it depends on the pic. In this pic (that I'm quoting) he looks more eastern. In the first pic of the thread starting post he looked like an Englishman to me.

Was off by about 600 miles! tbh he does have a very central Euro look, if not from the Alpine region would guess him as Belgian perhaps, many Belgians have the light pigmentation but more central Euro features.
