Well of course, other genetic factors come into play as well, that add ethnicity specific traits to a generic Dinaro Pontid.

But overall, Dinaro-Pontid is well tied to I2a (but can also occur among other haplogroups like J etc).

i dont think so- certainly not before i was anthrotarding, they differ from West Balkanites which are common here in Vienna and also from Turks and Kurds, while Romenians i knew had a pretty range in looks. i met 2 Bulgarian women who had similar vibe though.
