Does anyone from South America having problem with MyHeritage import? I imported my kit September 10th and it hasn't arrived in my house yet. Does it have best before date?

Mine also took some time to arrive there. You should've ordered Genera instead imo, its cheaper, faster and you could discover both your Y-dna and mtDNA.

Unique problem about Genera are their results at all, which are even more messy than FTDNA if you're too mixed like me.
But nowadays it's the best one for brazilians by far, price and everything.

I looked for a DNA test that well diferencies the diferent people from Europe/West Asia, because my roots are from there, but are very messy (only in America there is a guy with Scotish, Catalan, Baskid, Syrian, Lombardian, Calabrian, Sicilian, Andalusian admixture). I saw that Genera is good for native blood and analise Y-DNA and Mitocondrial DNA. In addition, autossonal DNA,Y-DNA and MT-DNA in the same package sounds interesting. I will do this test in the future.

Now that you've done MyHeritage, I wouldn't advise you buying Genera. Save a bit more money and buy 23andme instead, it's the only one that has an ethnicity estimate report that is really worthwhile and consistent, especially for us mutts.
I recommend Genera to Brazilians who don't have acquaintances abroad to send a 23andme test or ancestryDNA for them (they don't ship to BR), since Genera's raw data is better than MyHeritage's and gives you a deeper Y-dna, in addition to mtdna (without having to buy their most expensive test, you can find out with the basics plan raw data through third party tools), because, in fact, both have horrible ethnicity estimate reports.

Is MyHeritage so bad? Oh my god, I saw they don't cover Syria. I wasted my money.

You have an offer until November 26 at 23andme, 20 dollars less, 79 instead of 99.
MyHeritage's ethnic estimation is as good as any other. The important thing, which is the raw data, is also similar.
Even though I would have done 23andme directly, mostly because of the paternal and maternal haplotypes, but with the raw data from MH, you will be able to know at least the general paternal haplogroup. (thorugh Cladefinder and Morley´s predictor).

I read this article "MyHeritage, based in Israel, charges much lower shipping rates than AncestryDNA, making it an instant favorite among Europeans (Return shipping is included in the price of all DNA kits)." (https://janesgenes.com/international-dna-testing-companies-and-the-countries-they-service/)
I think their european database will increase soon. I also think their database will match with my results, because I have only mediterranean ancestry (even Syria is a Mediterranean country). 23andme is best, but it is more expensive for Brazilians (5 times more) and their service doesn't ship to Brazil.

Can I download MyHeritage raw data to upload in another service?

You can, but you'll have to pay for these ethnicity estimate reports, but I think you'd still have matches. LivingDNA, FTDNA (current one), etc. they're almost as bad as MH in providing a precise ethnicity report, imo. With MyHeritage, you could very well discover your Y, but you can also receive a generic prediction (ex: R1b-L151) which can be frustrating.
There's an amateurish test called Ethnogene that is extremely precise considering it's not one of the big companies, and it's certanly better than all these mentioned above, it's just not better than 23andme and AncestryDNA, you can do it by uploading your raw data and paying $ 30 if i'm not mistaken. But, they're not accepting uploads right now due to huge amount of orders they received, and their customer service is just the worst - they won't send you an order confirmation email, they won't answer your emails and they're very likely to greatly exceed the informed deliver time. They gave me a 15 business days estimation, it has been 3 months since and I'm still waiting for my results.
Ordering MyHeritage in your case wasn't a terrible idea, unable to order either 23andme or ancestrydna, and excluding Genera, the best cost-benefit for Brazilians would definitely be MyHeritage. Their raw data is quite good and there's a chance your Y prediction will be quite deep. You just won't know your mtDNA and the ethnicity report is terrible, but so is Genera's. That's what I did (before Genera started selling here) and that's what I recommended to my friends.

I don't trust in a Brazilian service that the owner have a codom collection.
