I don't see why he has to be exclusively Jewish looking. Could easily be Balkan, Italian or Greek. In fact, I feel like he resembles a darker version of Codreanu (may Eloah forgive me if he is jewish).

He is from Ukraine, Odessa. My grandfather was mixed Sephardi and Bulgarian, I was told this person is cousin of my grandfather, but I do not know from which side exactly
