Top one reminds me a lot of Clive Owen and Bryan Ferry, for some reason.

I think it's the facial expression.

The bottom one looks very European, facial features-wise.

Yeah I agree both are at the Caucasoid end of the Indian spectrum.

Definitely North Indian. However they look kind Gracile influenced overall even if their faces are very Caucasoid influenced

Idk about the first one, he looks more armenoid-indid.

But the second one looks more caucasoid, I believe he can pass for an arab, he once played one along with stana katic in a movie. Without knowing his ethnicity back then I'd have him classified as arabid of some sort, clearly a leptomorph dolichocephalic type. He could pass for turk or persian too I believe..

I'd estimate up to 20-25% of Pakistanis and far Northern Indians can pass at least as atypical in the Middle East (principally in Iran and Afghanistan, and to a lesser extent the Gulf Arab countries).
