Yeah, they look similar to me, but I don't know, because I don't understand Russian. Here is a male example.

And there are hundreds pictures of an annual Finno-Ugria contest. I am a bit puzzled about all this, because they look so different than I suggested after seeing the heap of pictures on forums.

These are contestants in Miss Student Finno-Ugria 2019 (https://vk.com/fuv2019, http://iafuu.ugrasu.ru/photoalbums/miss-studenchestva-finno-ugrii-20197101/). It had the worst lineup of any year. It's hard to believe that these are even Uralic.

For example in 2014 the contestants included multiple actual Uralisch beuties (Khanty, Komi, Mari) (https://vk.com/miss_finno_ugrii):

1. Yugra State University. No way that's Khanty or Mansi. Maybe they allowed ethnic Russians to participate in the contest, because the contestant of Yamal Multidisciplinary College doesn't look Nenets at all either.
2. Udmurt State University. Again ultra-wog. Looks woggier than 99% or more of Udmurts. Has way too high UEE and way too small facial skeleton.
3. Syktyvkar State University. Might be an OK thick Komiwife if born 100 years earlier. Now has annoying Insta-era demeanor. Still she doesn't look particularly Komi, and for example she has a double chin because her mandible is too small.
4. National Research Mordovian State University. No comment.

Actually the contestants of Мисс студенчества Финно-Угрии have looked pretty shit on average each year. Maybe I have been deluded all this time and this is what Uralic people actually look like... Maybe nothing means anything anymore.

We know nothing about them, they nothing about us. We have no contacts with them have never been. Figuring Maris or Udmurts is for most Finns same as figuring Sioux or Apache. People could cherrypick them as well and praise their brilliant head bone structures :). Never mind.
