She has unusual eye shape, because even though she has epicanthic folds, she still has medium UEE even on the inner side of the eyelids. Usually in whites with epicanthic folds, at least the inner side of the upper eyelids is also covered, even though the upper side is sometimes not.

In the 2019 women's hockey world cup and in the Swedish women's top-level and second-level soccer leagues, there were a total of about 600 players who I estimated to be white. I classified only the 7 players below as having complete epicanthic folds, or a bit over 1% of 600, even though many other players had near-complete epicanthic folds. The first three players below are Czech, German, and Swiss, and the last four are Swedish. Only the last player has fairly large pretarsal show on the inner side of the upper eyelid. The third player has medium pretarsal show in the middle part of the upper eyelid but low pretarsal show on the inner side, which is a more common combination.

Actually sometimes when East Asians get eyelid surgery but they don't remove the epicanthic folds as part of the surgery, they end up having a similar eye shape as the OP lady.
