AFAIK, West Turkey has more NE Eurasian and Southern European. East Turkey has more Iran and Caucasus. So, what is the approximate genetic distance between East and West Turkey?

Depends. If we divide East of Turkey into 2 groups as Eastern Turks and Eastern Blacksea Turks. These are the distances for dodecad k12b and g25 vhaduo.
