Even if your father's grandparents were all of German background, your still seem to be super close to the Hungarian average. In my speculation this can only be, if your dad's grandparents were also mixed with Hungarians actually.

Perhaps what he inherited from his maternal side is Serbian-like, so the combination of his parents ancestry has him midpointed right around the Hungarian average?

Mind you, the Mihalovics great grandma was half Vigan which is Saxon again. That is as far I could go. On my mother's side the names are: Kúsz (?), Burunkai (Hungarian probably) ,Joó (Hungarian), Balogi (originally Rohoska, Slovakian). Supposedly mostly Hungarian names.

Where is your mother's side from regionally (i.e. Alfold, Transdanubia, Transylvania, etc)?

Saxons lived in East Alföld mostly in JNSZ, for example Újszász, Szászberek stb were typical saxon villages.

Can somebody help me make sense of the results of these different calculators? I mean I can read them no problem but they seem a little contradicting with one another and with the myheritage result as well.
