I’m Dominican. Is my relatively high Portuguese result indicative of an actual genetic to Portugal/Western Iberia, or is it most likely noise?

If you do the math, my European component is basically:

50% Portuguese
38% Spanish
4.8% Southern Italy
2.4% England and NW Europe
2.4% Basque
2.4% Germanic Europe

Maybe. By noise I meant misread non-Galician Spanish since most Spaniards presumably score significant Portuguese ancestry on these tests and vice-versa.
