Why do you think k15 is more accurate?

I think K15 might be better at differentiating between different NorthWestern Euros in the very least. For instance, Someone could theoretically be 35% Atlantic (Celtic) and 28% North Sea (Germanic) but would show up the same as someone who is 36% North Sea (Germanic) and 27% Atlantic (Celtic) and this is completely unnacceptable to me.

Surely you have already seen many k13 Spanish results.

Not only farmers +sttepe, Basques and Spanish near Cantabrian and Pyrenees use to score quite high in WHG, maybe this could be confused with some northern component in k13.

I was imprecise. All West European cultures score WHG. It is somewhat coincidental how these admixture calculators combine results. For me results vary from Finnish + German to Finnish + Italy, sometimes Finnish is replaced by Estonia (+Sweden) or Russia. There is tens variances in my results, many unable to identify even Finnish, although the Finns are one of the best sampled population. Not uncommon in Finnish results, thinkabout it, they say that the Finns are an isolated population. Should they say that Spaniards are even more isolated? People tend to search best fitting results, but whatever fits for you, the same calculator can fail totally with someone else. I am doing my cookbook. It calls for testing. The first thing is to find purest possible regional results and it takes time.

I already thought Siberian could be the reason. My Finnish samples are from Finnish old settlements and most Gedmatch tests use Finnish late settlements. This makes things difficult, but I am not going to distort the Finnish history only to make things look better in bad tests.

This is a good example how oracle calculators miss the point. In several results the distance shows right or almost right populations but then the oracle tries to find better fit by combining two or more distant populations in case a closer fitting is possible.

K13 has the the optimal amount of components for a European admixture calculator. Unless you are comparing a sample to individual samples less is more. Having more components is unnecessary unless your target is super mixed and just doing general comparison. Adding more components doesn't make things more accurate.

HG0155 shows only 51% North Atlantic. We would see after I convert all British samples from the 1000genomes, but I am just now busy. Explanation for different distances in calculators can be due to different samples, different admixture runs or even different SNP sets. This is why I am running these tests and I am going to publish results after tests.
