Hungarian blacks are normal because there is no black ghetto in Budapest and most are student from university, they are pretty normal. But i would not live with american or west european blacks.

I grew up in a Puerto Rican hood where most people were 3rd-generation and deeply entrenched in ghetto culture and was wary of them too back then for the same reasons.

That has nothing to do with race. Its how you perceive them culturally. Probably has to do with how their music portrays them and some negative stereotypes about them. Some of them fulfill their own stereotypes though but many arent reallly bad people even speaking with ebonics or sagging their pants. although I do agree it is a low class way of carrying yourself. And Ebonics is derived from southern dialect.

I would say being wary of someone exclusively because of their race is the definition of racism though, no?
