Which one? Compared to the one on the right, the one in the middle is more Uralish, because she has a more round and robust face, higher forward growth, bigger cheekbones, a more wide and concave nose with a lower nasal bridge, higher canthal tilt, thicker lips, and more reddish skin.

I think the woman on the right just has pseudo white look in that photo. I'm prety sure in reality she looks normal and don't look so different from the girl in the middle.

There's an old book by the Finnish folklorist Samuli Paulaharju where he describes what kind of girls or women Saami boys or men prefer. He wrote that they like girls who have a concave nose but not girls who have a convex nose, and that they like girls who have reddish skin, or who are healthily fat, or who are good at handicrafts.

He also wrote that they didn't like girls who had a "sharp" look in their eyes. Maybe it meant the kind of woggy eyes that the Saami woman on the left has here:
