North pontid-atlantid + CM intermediate. He can pass as west as germany. Maybe one of those eastern looking scots too(I've seen this type).
Let's not forget yamnaya PIE had some atlantic in them too(K15), but it was minor. Perhaps a leftover from one of the HG components(who were mixed)
