8/10 Baltic score. Classification is Baltid-Gorid intermediary.

Would get a 10/10 but she used zucchini instead of potatoes. Potatoes would've been uber Baltic.

Something that a wog can only dream of  (I'm an exception!)

Did you try her recipe Ülev? Is it okay even for noble people?

Interesting how Slavic their language sounds, but how un-Slavic their language is. Common ancestor is 3-4 thousand years ago but today only faces and accent resemble...

Classification: gracilized CM (by Alpine?). A bit fatty, but attractive...

Kugelis
Kugelis, also known as bulvių plokštainis ("potato pudding"), is a potato dish from Lithuania. Potatoes, bacon, milk, onions, and eggs are seasoned with salt and pepper and flavoured, for example with bay leaves and/or marjoram, then oven-baked. It is usually eaten with sour cream or pork rind with diced onions.[1]

Similar dishes include the Jewish kugel and Belarusian potato babka.[1]
