I get abnormally high jewish there for some reason.

Your results have similarities with Blanka (except that you're more Slavic), I noticed you also score minor MENA on other calcs, wouldn't be suprised if 23andme would assign you some Jewish like it did to her.
Both of you have slightly elevated east med and red sea scores for your otherwise northern shifted results.

Maybe the Serbian sample is too southern shifted, even more than the Romanian samples? I'm closer to even the Macedonian and Croatian sample while in theory I should be closer to the Serbian, or the Serbian should be my second closest at least, but it's far behind for some reason.

Which populations should I add to decrease your distances?

Nothing helps, with updated spreadsheet run my distance is 5 and I can lower it to that by adding west Norwegian and Abkhasian. But it won't go below.
Maybe because I have abnormally high North Sea score, very low Atlantic and high West Asian - pretty odd mix. This calc doesn't work for me and some references are odd in general.

Because it gave you Polish, to get closer distance and increased south to balance it, if you delete these northern populations, percentage will be more realible

I think you do not know what is it overfitting, I can get Lithuanian and than I have 50% Balkan + Middle Eastern, which is obviously not so high

You think wrong. He has small MENA like input on all calcs, which is because of his high East Med and Red Sea compared to rest of his results (highly Slavic for Hungarian).
Therefore he might have real Jewish, but not nearly that high, more like few percent.

I am not saying he does not have it, but it is clearly exaggerated, because of Polish. Overfitted result it is called.

K15 is not that good, main reason because Atlantic vs North Sea doesn't work, they are too similar and can cause disbalance in results. Same applies to Baltic and East Euro, but less so.
Secondly references are weird and not very representative - Croat_Bosnia is way too much central European shifted for example.

K13 is several levels above K15.

References can be fixed but this calc has fundamental flaw with lack of clear cut, and , unbalanced components.

Okay, I agree with that. But he is not typical Hungarian, he is very Slavic shifted and drifts towards NE Europe compared to average.

In the same way it gave me 87,5% Ukrainian_Belgorod + 12,5% Sephardic, Cypriot, Iraqi Arab, Turkish populations, to get closer distance by my admixtures and but it is really about 6% and my main 87,5% is more southern, on level of Central-South Polish or Central Ukrainian
