this is a girl from the same village, she has got black hair, but she looks like the red haired one, facial shape, mouth, eyes are similar, may be they belong to the same sub race or not?

Yes, they are similar in eyes,mouth, but the red haired one for me is altanto-med and the second one is more round head, so altanto-med+alpine
