I will name a few:
1) It is known for a couple of years already that Sub-Saharan Africans have an archaic human admixture sprinkled in, we know it is not Neanderthal or Denisova related and we know it is some obscure species. Maybe it is too distant to tell.
2) To get a more complete view on the DNA of Polish people, especially I am curious about Slavic population of Silesia and its relation towards surrounding ethnicities (like Czechs). Poles are relatively understudied hence there is a common inaccurate depiction of them present with some regional data underrepsented and some overrepresented.
3) What is Dark DNA about, it is not though related all that much too humans (which this forum is primarily concerned about :D) but either way it is an intriguing matter.
