He is among most talented young football coaches in Europe and in next 10 years can become big name in major league. His name and surname sound Jewish like to me (Simon Rožman), but since he is from small Styrian village it's rather unlikely.

Googled him. Nordocromagnid with a weak dinarization. My guess would be Czech but he's, nevertheless, passable in most of Europe.

Looks Flemish, is that a common look in Slovenia?

He looks more Germanic than average Slovenian, but Germanic looking people aren't rare in Slovenia. I would like to hear Alenka's opinion about him (she's Slovenian member here) :)
and I also I wonder what does she say about his name/surname origin.

His first name Simon is not rare among ethnic Slovenes, it's not strictly associated just with Jews here. His surname Rožman is probably of either German or Jewish origin, but probably assimilated a while ago, because there's 1300 people in Slovenia carrying it. It's also quite common in Croatia with 800 people carrying it.

Truly Germanic looking people are rather rare in Slovenia, and by that I mean faces like these Swedish footballers:

http://theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?337894-Pick-players-in-Swedish-women-s-soccer-leagues

Phenotypes like Alpinid or Norid are not rare, but those phenotypes are not really Germanic.
Because those phenotypes are more frequent in Slovenia than in most Germanic countries, and are only really notable in Switzerland, Austria, and some fringe German regions.
For a true Germanic look, it makes more sense to observe core Germanic populations, not fringe ones.

That being said, even supposed similarity of Slovenians and Austrians is, in my opinion, generaly rather overrated.
I'm planning to make a thread soon, comparing athletes from national teams of both countries.
Curious to hear people's thoughts on this.
