Actually she looks like Armenian women I used to see in Constanta.

Some South Asian admixture is possible (Armenians have around 5% S.Asian admix), but most likely OP woman's admix is below 1%.

Transylvania is a multiethnic region, so 'Transylvanian' doesn't necessarily mean someone of Romanian ethnicity, it's ambiguous.

You'd be surprised how many people know about Wallachia because of Vlad Tepes. They know that Dracula novel is set in Transylvania but Vlad ruled in Wallachia.
