He is half Puerto Rican so I don't think he is only 50% SSA. He also does look like he could be pred. SSA by a slight and easily.

Yes pretty much Congolesid. Damn you are good at this. I was skeptical because fonts here are always giving sudanid to classify mulattoes.

I've seen pics of his mom and she looks fully SSA. The dad was most likely a quadroon Puerto Rican. I imagine he was ~20% SSA perhaps. So I imagine Maxwell could be somewhere around 55%-60% SSA, ~6% native from his Puerto Rican side and the rest European.

African Americans with that look rarely score 50% European. When they do they look more ambiguous. Maxwell is most likely no more than 40% caucasoid anyways and his euro component is overwhelmed med. I think he is the balanced mulatto range but leaning towards SSA clearly.
