The surname "Hutchison" is more Anglo-Saxon than Keltic, in fact it might be Norse/Viking in origin, or even Norman, as I think about it. The "-son" suggests germanic, as does the "hutch." One would therefore expect to see heavy germanic/nordic influences, rather than not.
The presence of heavy muscle indentations around the mouth says heavy British Isles, and this might be the only thing that says anything "British" to me. She could have German or Irish ancestry, accounting for her "general" Northern European look.

Yes, but she could easily pass as Dutch or English, but passes in Denmark to a lesser extent.
