It is related to Turkic admixture in the case of Romanians most of the time, it doesn't mean you have an Ottoman ancestor, more likely Cuman etc.
It's just a bullshit category just made up from mixture of Caucasian & Mediterranean genes. Nothing to do either with Turkish or Turkic peoples. It also peaks in Pontic & Cappadocian Greeks and Southern Italians

But among my relatives, i was among the only one that had it at that quantity. I just saw a few relatives that had it like me.

I didn't find any relatives from turkey but in greece, many of my relatives have roots in turkey. I heard that there was a update and the anatolian disapearred among Romanians but why i am among the only one that still have it?
In my true ancestry i had around 1 or 2% ottoman but not 4%. and heres a pic of DNA land from myheritage raw data converted to 23andmev4: 105387
I have 1.5% central indoeuropean witch is west asian and which is not what 23andme suggest.

Well, like half of my Romanian matches still have Anatolian. Anyway, you should not trust 23andme results that much already so it doesn't matter what they give you or what they didn't.
Upload your raw data to Gedmatch or download DNA Studio. It will give you a better view of your ethnicity.

My west asian is average but its my east med that is high
I did segment search for all the anatolian segment and it gave me instead like 50% of west european and 50% yemenite jewish. The only thing not Romanian i know in my ancestry is probably some ukrainian or polish and a bit of probably ashkenazi but i have not known turkish ancestry.

Yes, but why does a few of my relatives have anatolian and especially not at 4%? Instead of having anatolian, alot of my relatives have like 1% of iranian or 1% of cypriot or 1% of levantine.

Reference of it are actually Western Anatolian Turks, but people who have this category can have it, because of ancient Anatolian-like admixture as well as Turkic, there are 2 possibilities.

Probably just a flaw in their algorithm, I got 1% and I don't have any Eastern origins past Germany 100s of years ago. These are predictions not absolute. I would imagine it comes from Turkish Thrace which is mostly just Thracian.

I have many Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Albanian relatives in according to FTDNA&MyHeritage database. Also we have X match too. But true is bullshit. They are very distant and just genetic similarity. We are not relative. If we relative, 2 side both definetly know this. Where is your gedmatch results?

There a no matches through genetic similiarity lol, unless match is <7cM, >10cM matches are in 99% cases real

Southeast Europeans are not fully European already. Between this percentage is not in a normal range, have you ever seen Romanian results? I wonder what can cause this Anatolian, could be also increased Cuman/Tatar, because this category includes Central Asian admixture

My chromosome paiting on gedmatch seems normal, there is even no west asian on the segments that are assigned anatolian on 23andme on the chromosome 9, 15 and 20. So i don't understand why 23andme assigned me anatolian.

And I wonder why 23andme assigned my mom 1% Cypriot (we're not). It's just algorithms trying to interpret DNA.

Not fully European? I mean I guess if you take into account trace/noise levels of Central Asian. If you mean Middle-Eastern components; no, not really...just more of the same ancient mid east as is seen in the likes of Germans, Swedes, and the Irish (EEF).
Still quite very white.
If you mean SE Europeans as a whole, you do get post-EEF middle eastern in them, but I'm not so sure how much of this Romanians will have. Maybe trace at most. It's more in those along the periphery of Europe.

Big difference between your results and results of chirsbab
1. Does your Cypriot stay on 90% confidence and what's your ancestry?
2. 1% is not 4% and chance of "noise" is none
3. Chrisbab has similar Middle Eastern percentages on 2 other results

My anatolian disappear completely at 90% confidence. Plus on gedmatch the chromosomes seems normal with even no west asian on the segments that are assigned anatolian on 23andme.

Look at my last comment on anthrogenica because there i can't post the url. I posted my chromosome paiting on k13 and then an other one of my distant turk relatives and i wrote the number on the chromosome that are assigned anatolian. Only the chromosome 21 seems abnormal because of the high east med.

1. On 90% confidence it only goes down to 0.9%. Mostly northern Euro, but I have a little AJ, so I theorize the MENA is reflecting part of the Jewish.
2. Fair enough, now that I ponder on it a bit more.
3) I’ve only seen cb’s 23 as shown here, so I’m not familiar with that. I believe ya. I was only saying that non-Anatolians often score a bit of Anatolian on 23andme anyway.

On myheritage, i score 89.5% balkan, 5.2% middle east, 3.0% ashkenazi and 2.3% finnish.
.
On Global 25 coordinates with myheritage raw data, i have between 3 and 4% middle east on most modern calculators and some calculators gives me around 2% anatolia as well.
All i know is that i probably some distant ashkenazi ancestor on my father's side because of a jewish name found on one of his ancestors.

Then of course Jewish it is reason why you have it, Cypriots are Levantine-Anatolian genetically and it reflects your MENA part from Ashkenazi side. Usually if non-Anatolians score it there is genetic similiarity
