She looks woggier than some of the blats you have posted before, because for example she has a fairly elongated face shape, a long nose, and a sloped forehead.

I think people with a more sloped forehead tend to have a higher nasal bridge and vice versa, like for example these models in my Latvian casting thread (https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?337087-Pick-the-best-models-on-a-Latvian-casting-site-(choose-25)):
