There is a good chance, if you don't carry genes for blond hair. Dark is always dominant over light colouring

Depends. Are your parents both dark haired?
If so, your child is more likely to have dark hair than blonde.

My cousin is total wog (dark brown hair and eyes), same for her husband.
First child is a blonde boy with blue eyes. So...depends.

I didn't have to click it to know the thread was started by LostSoul, lol.

I would guess at least one of each of their parents is blue eyed then. Otherwise the kid is somebody's else lol

My mother has always had dark brown hair and my father was blonde in his teenage and young adult years, but ended up having medium brown hair as he got older. I was born with blonde hair. It varied from light, to medium, to dark blonde. As I got older, my hair came closer to my mother's. I have dark brown hair, but the blonde genes are in my DNA. If I have children with a blonde lady maybe the chances will be higher for the kids to be blonde at least until their young adult years. In summary, the more people with blonde hair in your family, the higher your chances are.

Oh, I just made a small talk with my mother. Her sister and her brother had light hair in their childhood. Not sure if blonde, but light hair nonetheless. They're a family of 4 children. So two people were dark-haired (my mother and my uncle) and two were light-haired (my aunt and my other uncle). It's a genetic lottery.

Its really about the genetics itself..two dark haired people can have blonde child..my father is dark haired while my mother is pure blonde..i and two sisters all took mother hair color except that i took little bit of father so i was "pure" blonde till 15yr and started to fade and now im still some mix between blonde and dark blonde while my sisters 32 and 29 are still perfectly blonde with mother features, and they even got mother eye color which is blue/green while mine is brown on father..
Its all about genetics of individuals and passing onto next generation..

My Uncle is blonde with blue eyes, same with the guy (his mom is blonde with blue eyes).
Still, I do have black hair and amber eyes, while my wife is blonde with green eyes, so wouldn't be impossible to have a blonde child with light eyes (since my father is dark blonde).

If your hair-color gene is AA and you carry only brown hair allele:
AA x aa (the result is 100% Aa, which means dark hair)
If your hair-color gene is Aa and you carry both brown and blonde hair alleles:
Aa x aa (the result is 50% Aa 50% aa, which means you have fifty fifty chance)

You need to do a DNA test to know what your genotype is, not just your phenotype.
For example my test results say this (and I have medium brown I think, so correct):

But also I get photobleaching when it is sunny (this prediction is also correct):

There you go, the kid has one grandparent of each side with blue eyes. Same with my cousin and her husband, both brown eyes like their fathers, but their kids both blue eyes like their grandmothers.
In your case you have to see your parents and your wife parents, if one on each side has the blue eyes then the chances are high. Though in your case the chances might be lower since not fully European.
