We have Y-DNA mtDNA and autosomals.
How about the X chromosome. Has it have been mapped into different and distinct haplogroups?

Because the X chromosome does crossover and recombination like a normal chromosome. Y and mitochondrial DNA don't, they essentially maintain the same DNA makeup throughout reproduction.

Makes sense.
