There's an old custom among our Germanic forebears, that of weregeld-- quite literally a 'man payment' usually demanded of a person guilty of homicide or other wrongful death, and in extreme cases of a serious crime.

A Thing most recently convened at The Apricity, with all the usual important mucky-mucks bantering about the initial death and miraculous resurrection of a certain crazy  yet beloved member here at The Apricity. In its consummate wisdom, the almighty members of the Thing decided that said member who has been accused of his own wrongful death earlier this week might be made to bear such a debt to his kindred souls here at The Apricity. :)

Let it be known that the following has been put forth as a recommendation by the wise and almighty mucky-mucks of this Thing:

Weregeld paid by the perpetrator of said wrongful death of his own self (!!!) shall forthwith be offered in the form of becoming a Funding Member of The Apricity via a reasonable monetary gift to the administrators of this fine establishment in order to continue with the day-to-day operations of this, again, fine establishment so that said perpetrator may delight in a repeat performance of his bogus death next year. :D

That will be all! :D
