Analysis of Viking samples

Let's compare Viking samples to modern-day Northern Europeans using formal statistical inference. I will be using qpAdm, a software for admixture testing included in the AdmixTools bundle. All of the samples were taken from the recent paper by Margaryan et al, you can read it here (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/703405v1). Low coverage samples and blatant outliers with significant Southern European admixture were all excluded from the analysis. If pvalue > 0.05 the model is succesful, otherwise there may be something missing there. The std errors were all <0.03 so they will be omitted.
