She is a good example of dark-haired anti-woggy looking girl. Looks way more Nothern than some blonde Finnish women you posted.

I think if Saami or West Siberians can have very black hair then this trait can't be considered wogg/south trait.

Perhaps the southerners were previously blond-haired (that's why they're so obsessed with blondism) and then became black-haired under the influence of the sun, while the black hair of the Sami or West Siberians cannot be explained by burnout. Different origins.
