Classify Spanish-looking guy with Amerindian Y haplogroup

Surprising since from the region he's originally from almost everybody tested gets European Y haplogroup
so he results to be one of the few exceptions, still the guy looks very white colombian (spanish)

He does look castizo, caruncle pointing downwards ,he have a big Head, big mouth , and a wide face even thought he apears to be mostly Atlanto Med. These could be Berid or cromagnon traits tho.

I agree He has a very Colombian vibe, his face is commonly found around so If I see him the street I would inmediatly associate him with being local

But his results are very average from the region he is from (Antioquia), and people with that level of admixture tend to look a bit more off-white than him. Looks criollo

His got very dark eyes but they don't look exotic, his nose is straight as a nose gets, don't really see it.

I don't know, the Bolivians I see here (in spain) have very long faces, a flat and aquiline nose and similar eyes. I did not know that the Colombian Amerindians were different

Still I can't to see any amerindian feature in the guy at the beginning or any resamblence with those bolivians.
