Do you have any US military base stationed in your country or even city?

In my city Izmir; there is the Izmir Air Station operating as the headquarters of the NATO Allied Land Forces South-Eastern Europe mission. And in southern Turkey; Adana, there is the Incirlik Air Base.

There are American military personnel in Canada as part of NORAD exchange program. There used to be a few Canadian Forces Stations (CFS) that were home to large US military contingents, but these were Canadian installations on Canadian property. CFS Argentia (in Newfoundland) and CFS Shelburne (in Nova Scotia) for example, they were shut down several years back.

Unfortunately, yes. There are two in my country, Morón (funny in English, jaja) Air Force Base and NAVSTA Rota. Although, they are both in Andalucía so not exactly near me.

Lajes Air Base in the Azores (Portugal) has a United States Air Force detachment unit since World War II. The base sits in a strategic location midway between North America and Europe in the north Atlantic Ocean.

Close to my city in Rota there is one of the 4 bases that the NATO have in Spain.

Hope they will never leave our land because we live in a very strategical point in the world and the potencial countries interested in invade us could be Russians, Chineses or Moroccans.
