what i wondered... why do so many european or majority european latin americans seem to be berid? I always thought berids would be almost considered exotic in Iberia.. yet most white in latin americans seem to be classified as berids, is there a reason for that? i kinda thought various med phenos combined with minor amerindian could produce types similar to berid (eye shape, flatter cheekbone) but not sure if that is the reason.

Many Southern Euros are Berid and, consequently, many white Latinos are also Berid, since South of Rio Grande/Bravo, Iberian/Italic phenotypes predominate among the whites.

Yeah, and many Portuguese are Berid. He looks like a generic old white male you find in every corner/esquina around here.

Would need a younger pic to a proper classification. In any case he doesn't look familiar to me and looking at his name maybe it's not surprising given that he has a foreign surname (Luís Manuel Godefroy de Almeida é um dublador e diretor de dublagem brasileiro, nascido em 25 de Março de 1942, em Lisboa, Portugal.)
