Light skinned South Asian, I think.

Man, why is your face so greasy/oily though? Get some hydroxy acid (aha/bha) or similar acid to exfoliate your skin and then neutrogena hydragel moisturizer also.

I am very sunburned the last few days and have to put sunscreen on regularly haha.

Why do you think it's been photoshopped?

The picture looks like gone through filters. For example a halo effect and the picture flatness. Some years ago I used to create art by Photoshop routines and some of them using softening and sharpening effects made something like in your photo. Maybe it is just your camera, idk.
