23AndMe's AC is far more fine-tuned and the ethnicity estimate is a little sloppy with the MyHeritage upload. Could be worse. I was mostly interested in what Genetic Groups she would be assigned, knowing the "AC" is not the best.

I find it interesting she gets Group 5104, a group of ethnic Lithuanians in Lithuania and Poland (medium confidence). Could just be genetic similarity to Poles/Belarusians, and I know of no Lithuanian ancestry, but it is no impossibility- I could easily have a small amount admixed into my East Euro.

I got a Lithuanian group too, which was a little outta left field. None the less it's cool that you got the MH take on your mother's ancestry. Surely the estimate will improve with the update, if it ever arrives.

I submitted my mom's DNA file yesterday, how long did it take for your mom's to process?
