I don't agree, because the Kyrgyz people are much more Mongoloid, than the Uyghurs.

In my opinion, the Uzbeks are the most similar people to Uyghurs, but there is some overlap with Kazakhs, Tajiks, Turkmens and of course the Kyrgyz.

Much more homogenous than the Tajiks i posted, typical blend of Alpine, Med and Mongoloid, some would have no problem passing in Europe but they are much in the minority.

Proto-Mongoloid, Uralid, "East Cromagnid" that apparently is all the same are not dark types while Turanid very dark type.

According to Russian anthropolgists those Khanty and Mansi who have darker pigmentation at the same time has more Caucasoid features that are similar to Med type.

For example this Khanty girl looks darker and more Caucasoid than average Khanty and she looks like she's from somewhere in the south.

quite bit of variation, some look quite contrasted like they can belong in different races/nations.
some do look like they pass easily in parts China, others more between Mongolic -central asian Turkic.
Others more Eurasian-euroasian looking.

Not so suprising, because the Uyghur and Uzbek languages make the Karluk Turkic language group.
