Why can't they sequence my DNA

Some people express less dna in their mouth. Do the test when you wake up and do not drink or eat or wash your teeth before.

What is their policy for such cases? Will they refund you or send you a new kit?

Ye Ive got a kit from living dna last year, but the shipping was very slow because of the corona, andthey wasnt send any notification when it was in their storage finally, so I contacted them and almost got a new kit but turned out it was in there already

The first time I ordered with 23andMe I also had a problem with the delivery. For whatever reason (that shouldn't cross anyone's mind), they sent the kit from Russia, and it was obviously held up at customs. I reported the case and they promptly sent me another kit, totally free, by FedEx Express and this time shipped from the USA.

Should I bite my inner cheeks when the new kit arrives in hopes of extracting more DNA from them?
How can i make sure to properly swab my cheeks and get as much of viable DNA as possible?
