the man does not look Western but more northern to say. Looks def. way more Russian/Ukriane than French.

Oh, i thought most groups were able to pass there except perhaps properly Uralish or east baltids.

Well, actually there are some who look even East Baltid, however i would have been surprised if this couple is fully Austrian.
The man looks Lithuanian or sm- can pass as Dutch yes, maybe even as Scott/Irish but most likely atypical. Woman looks Romanian/Bulgarian, kids Centraleast-shifted as you said it- and they barely look like their parents which makes it more confusing.

I think you misread me earlier, the older woman in the photo does not even look Euro imo, she could easily pass for a hispanic from around the Caribbean i think, the woman in the pink top it is hard to tell if she is only 15 or as old as 30 lol, i actually thought she was the wife and the woman on the right was some sort of cousin perhaps.
