Looks quite Alpine i think, possibly of Norman or recent Huguenot descent

That's not a contemporary colour photo, just someone using the MyHeritage colouring app (which makes black purple). More likely to be Edwardian too.

The year was 1906 so the girl would have grown up in the Victorian era, it was taken in Notting Hill London, horse drawn transport i think was largely withdrawn after WW1.
